The Catalans dominated possession for much of the game, but they struggled to create clear-cut chances. Sevilla were dangerous on the counter-attack, but they were unable to find a way past Ter Stegen in the Barcelona goal.
The breakthrough came in the 76th minute when Ferran Torres put in a perfect cross to find Lamine Yamal, whose header hit Sergio Ramos and went into the net.
